Please take this as public notice that any use of the logos, component parts, or phraseology for personal gain will be challenged under section 43(a) of the Lanham Act. Although first use was in November of 2018, this is an additional publication notice of said Trademarks and their ownership.
Those who would infringe on intellectual property rights: don’t say you weren’t warned.
