The western US has been inundated with wildfires and 2022 is no exception. Hardly into the “monsoon season,” Sedona is experiencing several fires, not the least of which is this one called the “Committee Fire” on Schnebly Hill. TruthOnTV caught the fire on video and has provided it below.
Looking like the surface of the Sun with active prominences, this video shows flames leaping over 100 feet in the air. The little lights in the foreground are also little fires, over a dozen, and all getting hit by wind.
The southwest is very dry and susceptible to quickly-spreading ground fires. Please keep all fires contained when in Sedona through July or until the rains come.
The UFO tours are great when the storm clouds are clear, and August is looking great for fewer storms throughout the month. Book the first night you’re in town just in case you have to postpone to the following night because of clouds.
